Dodgers' Hanley Ramirez Scares Juan Uribe, Spring Training Guffaws Ensue

Hanley Ramirez is not above popping out to scare one of his teammates. Also, we now know he can fit comfortably into a locker.

MLB Fan Cave (h/t David Brown of Yahoo Sports) spotted visual evidence that things are fairly light in the Dodgers locker room at the moment.

Apologies for the spoilers, but the following Instagram video features a loud booming "Boo!" So you might want to turn the sound down, sit back and enjoy Juan Uribe's reaction:

Ramirez is listed as 6'3" and 225 pounds, so he isn't a small man by any means. Still, he can play a fine game of hide-and-seek.

This also isn't the first time the Dodgers have given one of their veterans a hard time. Last season the club hired a magician to teach the third baseman a lesson after he was caught with the rare hidden-ball trick:

Much like Elvis Andrus trolling Adrian Beltre, life is a little bit better when teammates are pranking Uribe. Thankfully, Ramirez didn't let go of the newly dubbed Goribe

This really needs to become a thing because there is nothing better than a frustrated Uribe trying to get back to business while the rest of his teammates chuckle in tandem.

The Dodgers have almost two weeks to go before opening the MLB season in Australia in an international series with the Arizona Diamondbacks, a team that doesn't all too much care for the Blue Crew or their propensity to go swimming in nearby pools

Until then, we imagine the Dodgers will continue to enjoy their clubhouse shenanigans and the sight of Uribe checking lockers, trash cans and other small hiding places for the rest of the season.
